Drew Week 2

Week 2 (Tue)

I was excited to get back to Drew's house, not that I don't like Gage, but Drew just has more to do with his LTW being hands on pretty much. Plus I wanted to see the baby! I have all notifications turned off now, so I had no idea what they had.

They ended up having a little boy named Vince, awww okay I like that name, we'll keep it!

I find Drew watching TV while Madison is taking care of Vince.

What have they been doing while I was gone? They visited the art gallery, had Vince, had a picnic and went to a hot spot.

Drew heads down to the park to start working some more on his magic tricks. There was a show going on, so he didn't get an audience at all.

He had the option to book a gig, so with no tips from performing, he heads down to Mick's to see if he can book one. Krissy is there and seems to enjoy his little display of magic.

But sadly she wasn't as impressed as her expressions led on, and she declines the gig for now.

Drew was pretty upset about being rejected and left Mick's with his head down.

Seeing a small crowd over at the diner, Drew heads over there to work on his performance. He was in luck, as two proprietors were there eating lunch. One was off duty, but the other was more than willing to have Drew audition for him.

He too thought Drew needed to work on his tricks a bit more before getting a gig.

It was late and Drew was hungry so he headed home to his family. He didn't bring in any money that day and he was rejected twice. Not a good day for Drew. He thought an autumn salad would cheer him up, but in the middle of making it, he cut his finger. I had to check to make sure he was the lucky one!

After that he heads to bed. Hopefully the next day will bring better luck.

Day 2 (Wend.)

Madison woke early and played with some toys till Drew got up. After he showered he decided not to get dressed just yet and instead to enjoy a little fun.

Not sure if you can tell or not, but Madison gained all the weight back she had lost. After their little fun time, Drew ate breakfast and headed back down to the park. He wasn't planning on asking for another gig, but when he saw the proprietor there alone he thought what the heck.

She too was amazed and dazzled, but the difference with her is she said yes! I thought I took a picture of this, but guess not.

With a gig scheduled, Drew's confidence comes back and he makes $83 in tips that day.

Starving, Drew heads down to the diner to get a bite to eat before working some more. Right when he was heading in and eating contest started. Drew came out the winner!

This day was going much better for Drew than the day before. After he ate, he started to perform a bit more before heading home.

Day 3 (Thur)

Madison seems to always wake up earlier than Drew. This morning she had the wish to workout, I helped her along by having her head over to the treadmill. It wasn't long before her figure was back to before baby.

While Madison worked out, Drew took care of Vince. He fed him and changed him, and then it was time for his birthday! Wow, I missed a whole day with him?

Vince turns into a little cutie! He has neither parents hair or eyes though... hmmm. He has Madison's skin tone, so that didn't prove anything.

With Vince's birthday going on, Drew forgets to go to the bathroom and has an accident, right in front of Madison.

Then we get the notice that he is running late for his gig, oh no, no time to shower! Stinky pants and all, he runs out the door as to not screw up his first gig anymore than he has. The proprietor was not impress with his smell at all. Not a good first impression!

Running behind he hurriedly sets up the stage.  He thinks of something to woo the crowd right off the bat and pulls the wand out of his ear! Impressive!

Then he does a hat trick that doesn't go over as well.

He only brings in a small crowd this time, but they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Off in the distance I notice someone walking by. I wondered if Gage would see Drew for the first time, or if he would come to his gig? He didn't, he just kept walking without noticing anything.

The performance was done, and Drew performed his finale.

He waited while the review came in and was a bit sad with the outcome. He needed better tricks!

The performance wasn't a total waste of time though, as he was promoted and given a special item in his inventory!

Drew heads home after that and heads to bed. Our time up with Drew and his family is up. Will he test out the new item while we are gone? Will Vince learn any skills? We will find out, next time.
